Sourdough bread from The Rustik Oven
12 oz. skirt steak
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1/3 cup onion
1/3 cup peppers
1/4 cup provolone cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Season steak with salt and pepper.
3. Cook steak in oil in skillet for 5 minutes, dice meat.
4. Sauté onion and peppers in oil for 5 minutes.
5. Top bread with steak, veggies and cheese.
6. Bake for 12 minutes.
7. Enjoy!
